Fenced in idle thoughts
Yearning to be free but lo!
Forcibly held back

Languishing alone
Tiny room a make belief
domain but not quite

Invoked tsunami
Forced running battle against
the likes of bullies

Fight back a signal
not to harass, only then
they learned  to respect

Written for Joe's hosting at d'Verse OpenLinkNight week #120 and
Chev's CARPE DIEM #334 with Lolly's prompt choice - fence

  4. def hard....the sad thing is that often the anger is pent up...and we see tragedies in how the bullied respond...i def think we need more open conversation and mediation...letting people know how it hurts...and consequences surely

  8. Bullying should end. It's an awful thing to see victims being humiliated, and suffering in the hands of bullies. Makes me cry and feel angry that these bullies exist.
