Image: A Tortured Mind(here)

Within entrenched
Her mind encircled
Thoughts confined
Great pain recycled

Why was she tortured
Sharp barbed wires
Nothing so feared
Mercilessly pierced

Searched her conscience
Where was the muddle
Answers all entwined
Her mind all befuddled

Karma perhaps at play
Pay-back time held sway

  5. Nice line: "Karma perhaps at play" The payback perhaps may encourage empathy.

  6. excellent subject, Hank, the cycling of thoughts. We never really learn, do we, and end up recycling the same old thoughts.

  11. I wonder if anyone deserves to be tortured like that.
