New dawn with high hopes
trudging up Vulture Peak to
first of double eight 

Testing one’s resolve
Emulating  auspicious
journey of thousands

Voices of reasons
Emptiness of soul seeing
light and fulfillment

    Very nice trio Hank, but that third haiku is especially great and full of spirituality. That one I love to use in one of our Tan Renga Challenges if that's oke.
