Even if unsure
Show them the sterner stuff

Don’t flog the issue
Relent on a few
Get into the team some rivals
If they are able
Even from the other party
Those who are worthy
Good leadership sustains
Good leaders remain

ReplyDeletea good leader is worth pure gold... i have met some really good leaders along the way and what they had in common was a heart for the people they led...
ReplyDeletewhat is a good leader? i think we have to accept that we can not please everyone all the time...or really understand why leaders make some decisions but.....i agree with claudia in that it comes down to the heart of the leader for me....
