ReplyDeleteI've done a bit with yoga at my zoo, is a bit refreshing at ones zoo
ReplyDeleteSo attractive! This snippet of a path you provide as energy flows.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, my breathing is all out of control! ;)
ReplyDeletePeaceful advice, Hank. Lovely.
ReplyDeleteo o that's my daily regimen of breathing in and out....
ReplyDeleteOh that kind of meditation I never manage...
ReplyDeleteVery nice series Hank .. good response on Qi.
ReplyDelete(I hear poetry is good, too :)
ReplyDeleteNothing like free-flowing Qi!
ReplyDeleteI would try it someday, to see how it works on me. However I dunno if I should undergo training beforehand or just have a whack at it.
ReplyDeleteApparently there's no training. Just go through the routines. There are 12 basic and 8 ancillary ones. In time you'll get used to them. Good luck George!

A time to clear the mind...allow peace to enter...beautiful
ReplyDeleteYou have enticed me into giving it a try...
ReplyDeleteGive it a shot Bob! The video should help. Slow movements but you'll end up sweaty. Good luck to you!

interesting the exercise and wonderful haiku sets. i'm feeling lazy so i'll just watch... :)
ReplyDeleteYes, it is the season when we need to find calm and this is a lovely idea!
ReplyDeleteThank you Hank
You are a poet. And also a teacher. I like what I see of this exercise and bookmarked the video. I did Tai Chi for awhile years ago but it did not keep me interested. Yoga is my favorite but I have so many distractions around the house. This Qi exercise looks like a good balance between the two. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteflowing pen, Hank ~
ReplyDeletenothing like exercise with right breathing.
