ReplyDeleteDealing with anger has been and still is a big struggle for me. It does completely cause one to lose every good sense and leaves one drained and feeling awful after.

ReplyDeleteThere is such a thing as healthy anger. Suppressed anger leads to disfunction and ultimate disaster..such as going into a school and shooting everyone!
