Chuckles! I have reached this far
That was quite a long climb
But this pesky flower is in the way
Despite making it in record time
It is a pretty flower, a beauty indeed
But my desire is stunted I am left flustered
I must get across for I have a date to keep.
The evil is afflicting me hard and I’m all frustrated
I have been through a serrated existence
Time is fast moving and my chances in deep abyss
Fading by the minute the curse is an irritant
A flower between me and that all important kiss
