Glimpse in the future
Faced with uncertainties
Hope for salvation
Slipshod assessment
Picture not clearly defined
Arsenal is drawn
Snared and snarled at a
displaced soul and society
at each other’s throat
Rich against deprived
Check the forces and face up
There is a way out
Written for Chev’s haiku at CARPE DIEM #126 with prompt -hope- and d"Verse OpenLinkNight week #84 Yes
oh there is a way out but who is willing to take it before all hope is lost?

Hope is truly the answer :) sometimes it's hard to find the silver lining. Maybe it's not silver at all? Maybe its every color.
ReplyDeleteI like your last line "There is a way out" because I think it's so easy to get stuck in the moment. I struggle so much with this.
Thank-you for sharing!
Hope is the answer, well said :)
ReplyDeleteI can only hope that there is a way out ~ Good to see you Hank ~

Cool. There is always a way out, at least I like to think so.
ReplyDeleteHope can get one through, but sometimes hope can't tackle the rich, although one day you just never know.
ReplyDeleteSeems too many enjoy being at each other's throat more than finding that way out, but I appreciate the hope you bring at the end here :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for calling it as it is and finding the way out!
ReplyDeleteFaced with uncertainties, the person without hope is likely to succumb to all sorts of evils, both real and imagined.
