the 11 of 12 given words:
walked shades together poems fruit wore
favorite listened wine before festival:
walked the shades shadowed together
nary a moment true without their poems
fruit of their labour tucked safely under
it wore on a favorite of their own intrusions
they listened amidst wine and festivities
a gathering of like-minded souls as before
tagging along also members of their family
making it a convention of sorts and more
independence of people, a festival of culture
a meeting of fertile minds bandied about
in a fighting atmosphere of friendly banter
progressive poets' outing with big shouts

The friendly way can win the day. Nothing wrong with trying to outdo the other, as long as all kept in good fun. Like #1 lol
