    I can empathise with the sad frog (it's not easy being green) but yes we need to be strong and fight back inside and outside!

    It depends ...some are strong , some are weak , for some the situations are tricky they can neither be both

    Sadly some are not strong enough to fight back. Hopefully the strong can be an inspiration to the weaker ones.

    I think depression strikes all of us at one time...it is sad when some cannot fight back. The frog picture is a perfect illustration of your poem.

    "Impinge on innocent man"---yes, depression can hit anyone....no one deserves it or gets it as a punishment for some flaw of character or fault of behavior....depression just impinges on the innocent....anyone is fair game.
