immersed right up her neck
not an even chance
life's problems clinging
on to her tenaciously

they were not about to leave
she wanted to know why

which could lead to
knowing the reasons

was it a karmic curse
meted for an earlier poem?

  1. "...immersed right up to her neck..." Wow. I always wonder about that. Perhaps it is, "a karmic curse," from another poem!

  2. Our main reasons to know why I think come from life's problems. Interesting that the reason could have been an earlier poem.

  7. The age-old question .. why do bad things happen to good people?. I've given a lot of thought to karma. It seems to make sense.
