Image: Neat Homely Comfort (here)
What would they need
A roof over their heads
Clean rooms so neat
Nicely made beds
There should not be a doubt
Who to occupy the Master Bedroom
Others to scramble, a game well fought
To make the best for other rooms
Sibling rivalry a constant headache
To test patience of the elders
Still, it was fun despite the heartache
What of it among brothers and sisters
A house as a function
Not just a house but a home!
Gillena's at Real Toad's -
let's build houses
Home is the operative word Hank especially if there is love there.
ReplyDeleteWell written.
Yvonne.
No kids so my wife and I always get the best bedroom!
ReplyDeleteChase the rugrats out of the big bedroom. The cat would have it haha squabbling sure can make it a home.
ReplyDeleteYou have captured my sentiments perfectly here, Hank.
