Not on this occasion though brave as ever

Dad and family in epic relevance

Extending support with their presence together

Friends of the bride threw in their lot
Accentuating their all, exulting unselfishly
Not any raucous shivaree, errant in thoughts
Rollicking they squeezed in a Bachelorette Party

Not overly prodigious, not at all adamant
Still lots of felt telesthesia of sensations
Friends sacrificed time for three separate occasions
The Bachelorette, the akad and wedding reception

Drawing on experiences and variety of  talents

On hand with all the food and preparations
Pot-luck of cakes and home specialties even

Hurriedly but perfect in execution

Hendricks and Anne in matrimonial bliss

Uniting the families from two continents

For them both we would gladly wish

For that wonderful marriage made in heaven

Note: This is in commemoration of Hendricks 
and Anne's marriage which was solemnized (akad) 
on Nov 27th. The Reception was held the next day. 
The prompt of 12 words relevant for nuptials was 
most opportune when offered  at MLMM on Nov 
30th. It augurs very well for the loving couple!
