The Cold

Winter

Not a soul in sight
Barren as the desert sand
But glaringly cold

White as the seagull
Lonely for some while , but no!
In the horizon

There’s laughter and shouts
Yes! Not a care in the world
Throwing and tumbling,

Snowballs and snowman
Kids create ways to enjoy in
Biting cold  weather
