Forest whispers grew

                                                                                             Artist: Albert Bierstadt
Image: Indian Summer on the Hudson River (here)

Forest whispers grew
Crescendo of music made
migrating birds leave

Wailing gibbons broke
eerie silence to pamper
forest intruders

Calming effects of
greenery and still waters
determined extent
