In keeping with Claudia’s suggestion we are to mock the impressionists that she saw. It was deft loose brush strokes with a touch of shade and lights, done quickly without much time on details . If it’s not perfect it doesn’t  really matter. That was what I did within 10 mins for an impressionist image above ( so  I think)

Written for Claudia's Impressionistic writings for a quick impressionist image and verse in d'Verse's Meeting the Bar

I saw all of he images, but I liked this one the best because at that point the narrator gets intoxicated and backs off! Cool.

  2. Cool you took to the paint and to the words...making art out of thin air..out of silence, out of really nothing at all. And quite fine art in form and words together!

  8. It's like listening in on a happy discussion.

That's a beautiful picture. Reading the poem, and looking at the picture -- it lends life to what seems like a map or radar map with blips and circles; the rectangles could represent locations. :) Very cool.

  11. The words and image are fused very effectively here, Hank--it is bubbly and pours out fast. Loved it.

  12. I envy those of you who have the tech skills to figure out those creative programs. Somehow this poem/image made me think of celebration and champagne.

  14. the conversation is rather impressionist...so they are talking about something impressionist, and probably their relationship is the same - splash, colors, moods....
