Set on the mood right on cue - a Quadrille

                                                                   Artist: Antonio Mancini (1852–1930)
Image: A Young Lady (here)

Set on the mood right on cue
As a young lady at her prime
Made to wait for the right to be heard
Without recourse to any thought
An appropriate occasion all she asked
She patiently waited
There had to be a pay-back time
(44 words)

For De's at d'Verse Quadrille #20
and to include the word  - cue
