A Question

What happened?

Stealthily moving
Camouflaged by  the darkness
A Red Umbrella

Intermittent rain
Puddles in the cobblestones
Did not deter  him

He quicken his pace
Stealing glances to his back
He’s almost running

Why? What’s the motive
Leaving  in such a hurry
There must be reasons!!

  2. I suppose the reasons could be good, but I'd guess they were more along the lines of bad, just a tad.

  3. I was going to say cobblestones, too. I'm glad someone else saw them.
Why is he almost running? Fear, that's my best guess.

  8. Thanks for the comment, people are under the impression that I am a miserable person, I am a very positive one but when one's son writes a text for no apparent reason saying"I no longer have a mother, my children have no grandmother, you are going to die a lonely wicked old lady" plus a text I can't print. Most of the time I can push it aside, I have accepted that is his wish, but there are certain anniversaries that come along and I feel he should be by my side.
That surely is not too much to ask.
    Yvonne.
