  2. Yes, this is the time of year when everything is for sale. (Except our dog.)
    Quilting is considered quite an art these days, you know, and the finest quilts are expected to increase in value as they increase in age, as long as no one actually uses them for beds (or dogs).

    Kay - Quilts must be contrary to carpets which increase in value the more it is used. A used carpet has been run in unlike a new one. So it seemed.

  11. Very appropriate for right now. Makes you wonder how much things are usually marked up. I'm not a sale shopper--don't like crowds or waiting in long lines.
