Lunes  -  A Lune or American Haiku comprises two forms.
Robert Kelly’s syllable-based is a tercet (3 lines) of 5-3-5 syllables and
Jack Collom’s word-based a tercet of 3-5-3 words

1. syllable-based

euphoria over
welcoming
greenery of Spring

skies opening up
clouds peek out
chirping gets louder

sentiments provoked
go forward
life for the asking

2. word-based

not happy though
market rumored in for correction
bad times ahead

better get prepared
fingers burnt in subprime fiasco
economic woes looming
