Tummy Pains Determined

Just returned from a procedure, to
check on lower abdominal pains
Confirmed not cancerous 

Gastric
Lingering pain
Endoscopy check performed
Ulcers confirmed but not serious
Ailment is now addressed

A Pensee has a 
2-4-7-8-6 syllable count whereby
line one is the subject line,
line 2 is description,
line 3 is action
line 4 is setting and
line 5 is the final thoughts on the poem.
