Storks,decidedly
assigned the obligation
of bringing babies

A tall order but
a responsibility
of necessities

Laborious job
Not for the faint-hearted but
wherefore the ladies?

Written for Chev's haiku CARPE DIEM #118 with prompt - stork

  2. This makes me wonder
    What would be the consequence
    If storks went on strike
