Can a voice be deemed more
effective if relayed in silence but
accentuated with deeds

Can it be accepted genuine
if accompanied by unspoken
words of its good intentions

Invariably it works better as
the tendency is to give it more
emphasis and attention

  5. I think the old adage rings through, Hank: actions speak louder than words, which is why ineffectual politicians tend to raise their voices.
